AGES/GRADES: Ages 6-22nd birthday. Day school is 234 days per year; residential program 365 days per year.

THERAPEUTIC SERVICES: Services are offered in individual sessions and/or groups. Services include counseling, speech and language therapy, OT, and adaptive PE.

THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATION: Applied behavioral analysis, CBT, and expressive therapy. Psychopharmacology overseen by psychiatrists with specialization in serving children, teens and young adults with intellectual disabilities.

POPULATION SERVED: Autism spectrum, mild to severe cognitive delays, and dual diagnosis – intellectual disability and mental/behavioral health diagnoses.


COMMENTS: Specialize in vocational and life preparation for students with special needs. Hallmarks of The Guild include direct service OT and SLT, behavior management plans authorized by BCBAs; vocational preparation; neighborhood-based residences; daily community outings; wide selection of recreation programs; and paid employment for students age 15 and up where they learn the satisfaction of being productive members of society.
