AGES/GRADES: Females ages 12-18 (17 at admission) in a Dept. of Education approved 7 day a week, 12 month a year program.
THERAPEUTIC SERVICES: Individual, group and adventure-based counseling available on site.
THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATION: Trauma-informed care. Collaborative problem solving/strength based approach. DBT.
POPULATION SERVED: Mild MR to above average intelligence. Combination of psychiatric, emotional and behavior disorders as well as learning disabilities. Specialize in treating severely abused children. Also firesetters and sex abuse reactive children, as well as those who are aggressive or self-injurious.
