AGES/GRADES: Males ages 8-18 with on-campus school (K-12 special ed and regular ed certification); 12 month per year program (9 months school); summer program (3 months).
THERAPEUTIC SERVICES: Individual, family, and group therapy; specialized assessments; educational testing; outdoor therapeutic challenge course; day treatment; medical and psychiatric services.
THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATION: Offer opportunity for children and youth to grow and change through a continuum of care with the goal of enabling them to become more positive and productive individuals; family participation encouraged; system-of-care involvement.
POPULATION SERVED: Behaviorally disordered children, youth and their families who are experiencing disruptive life situations; additional fire setter and sexually aggressive treatment programs. Most programming directed towards average intelligence youth; but mildly intellectually challenged and mild TBI youth can be accommodated. Medically complicated cases considered (e.g. diabetics).
LICENSURE: Licensed by State of RI; COA accredited; AACRC Member.
