ADMISSIONS: Arthur Mercurio, M.A., 401-432-1189.
AGES/GRADES: Males and females ages 6-21 in ungraded 7 day per week, 12 month per year program.
THERAPEUTIC SERVICES: Four community based residences with 8 residents/home. Special education; occupational, speech, individual, and group therapies; group DBT; group social skills; life skills training; and pharmacotherapy.
THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATION: Positive reinforcement approaches designed to facilitate the development of adaptive classroom behavior and improved academic achievement, as well as general pro-social behavior.
POPULATION SERVED: Emotional and behavioral problems who also present with autism, Asperger’s, PDD-NOS, mild-moderate intellectual disability, and severe-profound intellectual disability.
